By accessing or using Lentir, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to all of these terms, do not use our AI music generation services.

2. Description of Service

Lentir provides AI-generated ambient and healing soundscapes. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the music generated through your specific subscription tier (Basic, Premium, or Enterprise).

• Basic: Personal use only, no broadcasting.
• Enterprise: Commercial broadcasting rights included for specific physical locations.

3. Intellectual Property

While the compositions are generated by our AI, the underlying algorithms, the "Healing Songs Engine," and all brand assets are the exclusive property of Lentir. Users may not attempt to reverse-engineer or extract the raw AI models.

4. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
